Service Technician – Callaway Villas

The Service Technician – Callaway Villas role is onsite in College Station, TX, with pay of $19.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Complete and close out work orders
• assist with property turns and vendor coordination
• perform assigned preventive maintenance
• inspect public areas and resident apartments
• safely operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment
• escort vendors onsite
• keep shop and storage areas organized
• assist with landscaping and snow-removal vendor coordination, curb appeal, trash collection, and cleaning as assigned.
