What you'll do

• Lead and assist with assigned dance classes and classroom management
• support senior instructors’ lesson plans
• demonstrate basic movements and choreography and assist students individually or in small groups
• help prepare students for performances and recitals
• welcome and orient participants and parents
• maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
• set up and break down instructional spaces
• maintain attendance records and assist with reporting
• support events and off-site programs as needed
• communicate with students, parents, volunteers, and staff
• work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
