What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, and shaving
• prepare meals and snacks
• accompany patients on errands or medical appointments
• perform light housekeeping
• provide patient-specific support such as hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range-of-motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, bed-bound patient care, incontinence care, and use of gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
