Compensation is $2 per hour. The Store Supervisor role is an onsite position located in Cumberland, MD. 50/hr for overnight hours, and this role supports the store operations team at Sheetz, Inc. This role exists to provide leadership by example to store team members, ensuring high-energy service and a strong team mentality. The Store Supervisor contributes to store goals by mentoring staff, maintaining product availability, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for all customers.

• Welcome customers with top-tier service, prepare quality food and beverages to specifications, mentor and coach team members, manage product ordering and merchandising, and maintain store cleanliness.
