• Oversee group finances, business development, operations, and team management
• ensure proposals and contracts are in place
• review project budgets and revenue projections
• monitor forecasts, financials, workload, and staffing needs
• prepare monthly business reports
• develop client relationships and market share
• track business development activity
• manage project liability issues
• maintain team communication
• and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruiting.
