Capital Job Cost Accountant

What you'll do

• Prepare weekly productivity reports and flag projects trending behind
• follow up on missing or inconsistent unit entries
• prepare monthly cost-to-complete and margin forecasts
• review costs against estimates and document forecast changes
• support month-end WIP and JIP reporting
• prepare AIA G702/G703 pay applications and submit invoices by deadlines
• track change orders and support receivables
• present project results in weekly meetings
• review job-cost postings and support job setup and accounting process improvements.
