What you'll do

• Operate, set up, and monitor dairy filling equipment
• check weights, labels, lot codes, and package integrity
• conduct pre-operational inspections and sanitation
• complete production and quality documentation
• follow food safety, SQF, GMP, and allergen control requirements
• troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs
• maintain a clean and safe work environment.
