The Registered Nurse (RN) – PACT role is onsite in Helena, MT. Pay is $83,200 per year. Many Rivers Whole Health’s Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support for people with emotional disorders. As a PACT team member, the nurse coordinates care and provides psychiatric and physical-health assessment, medication services, and ongoing support. The role contributes to individualized treatment plans and continuity of community-based care.

What you'll do

• Provide case management and coordinate individual treatment team activities
• develop, implement, evaluate, and revise treatment goals and plans
• conduct psychiatric assessments
• coordinate with community agencies and families
• provide crisis intervention during regular hours and backup evening and weekend coverage
• document client progress
• administer medication and medical services
• monitor medication effectiveness and side effects
• coordinate physical-health assessments
• provide symptom education and daily-living assistance
• deliver medication and work rotating weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Why this role

Registered nurse license required; one year of inpatient or outpatient psychiatric experience preferred. Must pass medication test within 30 days of hire. Provides on-call crisis intervention during regular hours and backup coverage for evenings and weekends.
