• read plans and specifications
• prepare and level work areas through excavation and grading
• operate a mini excavator and other machinery safely
• ensure drainage and structural integrity
• repair or replace damaged hardscape elements
• maintain a clean, organized, safe job site
• collaborate with crew members, supervisors, and clients.
