What you'll do

• Perform quantity takeoffs, develop pricing, and assemble estimates for pipelines and pump stations
• conduct pre-bid site visits
• participate in project strategy, preconstruction planning, and value engineering
• analyze plans, specifications, addenda, and geotechnical data for cost, risk, and opportunity
• develop cost histories, production rates, and self-perform assumptions
• solicit, level, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
• support bid reviews and pre-proposal planning
• grow into leading complete bid assemblies and owning full project estimates.
