What you'll do

• Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling, structural facilities, grounds, and parking areas
• respond to resident and staff service requests
• monitor outside contractors
• maintain equipment records
• support preventive maintenance and energy conservation
• maintain emergency equipment and procedures
• manage tools and supplies
• perform cleaning and apartment turnover tasks
• address building emergencies as needed.
