Client Implementation Lead

What you'll do

• Lead client discovery and document workflows, rules, integrations, processes, data requirements, and system behavior
• translate needs into functional specifications and configuration instructions
• manage implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, including status, risks, and dependencies
• support configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, readiness, and hypercare
• contribute to playbooks and delivery standards
• coordinate with leadership, engineering, product stakeholders, and external partners
• travel for client meetings and industry events.
