The specialist builds relationships with housing providers and community resources, identifies housing opportunities, and works with clients, case managers, and program leadership to address barriers to obtaining and maintaining permanent housing.

What you'll do

• Identify affordable permanent housing opportunities and resources
• maintain relationships with landlords, county social services, realtors, housing authorities, and subsidized apartment complexes
• assist with landlord-client disputes and relocation when needed
• coordinate with case managers and community organizations
• help address housing barriers
• support evidence-based interventions
• complete required reports and maintain accurate confidential client records.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree or at least five years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or human services is required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; bilingual ability is a plus.
