What you'll do

• Oversee association operations under management agreements and policies
• liaise with boards and homeowners
• manage administrative duties, calendars, budgets, and board packages
• review financial reports and collections
• attend board meetings and community events as needed
• maintain files and resident databases
• coordinate vendor management, inspections, maintenance follow-up, and accounts payable.
