What you'll do

• Oversee Emergency Department operations, including human resources, staffing recommendations, financial and clinical oversight
• establish departmental goals and objectives for high-quality, cost-effective care
• integrate continuous quality improvement into unit operations
• collaborate across the organization
• provide relief staffing within the unit as needed
• address age-specific patient and family needs. Requires a BSN, registered nurse license, recent acute-care ER leadership experience or ED charge nurse experience, and listed life-support and emergency-care credentials within specified timeframes.
