What you'll do

• Answer high volumes of calls
• assist customers and law enforcement with vehicle releases and towing regulations
• process impound releases
• verify identification and paperwork
• handle cash and card transactions and deposit receipts
• complete impound paperwork and data entry
• prepare daily balance forms
• respond to tow operator inquiries.
