What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• follow site procedures and emergency-response activities
• respond to incidents and medical emergencies under hospital protocols
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and assist with wayfinding
• document incidents and patrol activities.
