Principal Enterprise Architect

The Principal Enterprise Architect role is onsite five days a week in Lafayette, LA, Knoxville, TN, Columbia, SC, or Birmingham, AL. Compensation is not specified. The role supports enterprise-scale artificial intelligence initiatives in a highly regulated financial services environment. The architect establishes reusable AI architecture patterns and guides engineering and product teams from solution design through production implementation. The work helps deliver secure, governed, scalable generative and agentic AI capabilities integrated with enterprise platforms and cloud services.

What you'll do

• Lead architecture for generative AI, agentic AI, and multi-agent solutions
• define reusable patterns, standards, and reference architectures
• guide agent orchestration, tool integration, memory, retrieval, and human-in-the-loop workflows
• ensure secure integration with enterprise systems
• incorporate governance, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI
• conduct technical reviews
• support production evaluation, monitoring, resiliency, scalability, and model lifecycle management
• translate business objectives into roadmaps.
