Tower Technician — Salisbury, NC

The Tower Technician role is onsite in Salisbury, NC, with regular overnight travel and weekends as needed. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. The technician builds, upgrades, and maintains wireless communication infrastructure for carriers and tower owners, completing field installation and testing work while following safety and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Climb towers up to and exceeding 200 feet using fall protection
• install antennas, modify steel, and perform rigging
• hoist components using winches, capstans, and cranes
• install and test coaxial and fiber cabling, grounding systems, and connectors
• conduct PIM, sweep, and fiber testing as trained or certified
• align and install microwave dishes and sector antennas
• support civil site duties
• maintain job logs, safety documentation, photo records, tools, vehicles, and equipment.
