Infant/Toddler Coach

The Infant/Toddler Coach role is onsite, with listed sites in Providence, Pawtucket, and Central Falls, RI. Annual compensation is $46,668–$57,000. The coach reports to the Manager of Early Childhood Partnerships and supports Early Head Start teachers, partner-site educators, children, and families. The role strengthens classroom quality and supports development and learning for children from birth to age three. Through coaching, training, monitoring, and collaboration with specialists and community sites, the coach helps advance program standards, school readiness, and family engagement.

What you'll do

• Coach and mentor Early Head Start teachers and partner-site educators through observations and individualized plans
• provide professional development on curriculum, CLASS, ITERS, active supervision, responsive caregiving, and child development
• monitor curriculum, assessments, screenings, and school-readiness outcomes
• collaborate with specialists and community sites
• and participate in program monitoring and continuous quality improvement.
