Pediatrician Liaison for ABA — Variable Hour

The Pediatrician Liaison for ABA — Variable Hour role is onsite in Los Gatos, CA, with outreach across the area within a 30-minute radius of MeBe’s center. Compensation is $23–$27 per hour. MeBe provides evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs, including ABA, occupational therapy, and speech services. The liaison builds relationships with pediatric providers and referral partners, explains MeBe’s services and referral process, and communicates current availability. The role also coordinates outreach events and tracks activity to support appropriate referrals and the company’s growth and referral process.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain an outreach and follow-up cadence
• build relationships with referral partners
• explain services, eligibility, referral steps, and availability
• manage a four-week forward-looking outreach calendar
• coordinate internal and external events
• record outreach activity in the CRM
• track progress and share results
• develop or refresh marketing materials
• distribute collaboration-of-care reports to providers.
