• Prepare complex cost estimates and vendor cost summaries

• develop and manage trade scopes, responsibility matrices, plan distribution, and bid coordination
• incorporate schedule and logistics into estimates
• support system analysis, procurement presentations, and constructability reviews
• deliver comprehensive estimates
• identify profitability opportunities
• train and mentor others.
