What you'll do

• Greet service customers

• recommend diagnostic services or repairs and provide estimates
• communicate repair progress, changes, costs, and timing
• obtain authorization for additional work
• write and maintain repair orders and scheduling records
• coordinate with technical staff and management
• confirm appointments and notify customers when work is complete
• meet or exceed management’s sales objectives.
