The role also documents care, handles admissions and discharges, reports concerns, and maintains confidentiality and facility procedures.

What you'll do

• Monitor residents’ conditions and needs
• administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

• monitor for side effects and report changes
• oversee NAR staff and care-plan adherence
• document care
• admit and discharge residents
• report bruises, skin tears, or neglect
• maintain confidentiality and follow facility policies and HIPAA requirements
• build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
