Registered Nurse (Nights and PRN)

What you'll do

• Monitor medical and psychiatric conditions
• assess patient needs
• observe symptoms and communicate with MD/NP
• collaborate on individualized care plans
• perform routine procedures and document in charts
• administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• maintain hygiene and safety
• protect patient confidentiality
• implement evidence-based practices
• supervise and/or train LPNs, PCTs, or CNAs
• support patients and families.
