What you'll do

• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
• review litigation files and determine appropriate action
• represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• update account status in internal software
• analyze litigation inventory and workflow
• negotiate settlements
• assess case merits and risks
• maintain legal and procedural compliance
• and travel to courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required.
