What you'll do

• Continuously scan the pool
• recognize and respond to emergencies
• activate emergency action plans when needed
• perform assists or rescues
• provide CPR, first aid, and emergency oxygen as needed
• complete incident reports
• enforce pool rules
• help clean and test the pool
• communicate with supervisors
• participate in safety drills and required training
• maintain pool coverage and secure doors when no lifeguard is on duty.
