The Registered Behavior Technician position is part-time and in-home in Pine Hill, NJ. Pay is $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and certification. All About ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis services for individuals and families and supports people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities. Working under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the technician implements therapy plans, provides one-on-one services, records progress and behavior data, and collaborates on behavior intervention plans. The role contributes to a safe, supportive therapy environment and individuals’ progress.

What you'll do

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
• collect and record progress and behavior data through Central Reach
• collaborate with the BCBA and team members on behavior intervention plans
• and maintain a safe, supportive therapy environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• experience with autism, developmental disabilities, or ABA therapy is preferred.
