Home Phlebotomy Specialist — Hybrid

What you'll do

• Contact patients to coordinate in-home blood draws and address inquiries
• coordinate and monitor home phlebotomy services
• assign cases to contracted phlebotomy teams
• track scheduling and sample returns
• update case records
• provide updates to field and client-service teams
• monitor kit stock and enter delivery orders
• contribute to process improvements.
