What you'll do

• Lead facility operations, profitability, morale, and recruiting
• address staffing, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, and payroll needs
• manage census to support admissions and retention
• oversee admissions and discharge
• review departments weekly
• oversee administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departments
• maintain external business relationships
• ensure compliance with federal and state accreditation requirements.
