What you'll do

• Fill priority skilled-trades roles, including electro-mechanical technicians, through recruitment strategy and execution
• deliver qualified candidates and build top-of-funnel pipelines
• maintain a living talent pipeline
• manage search scope, timelines, and status
• qualify compensation, shift, location, credentials, and culture fit
• conduct targeted outreach through referrals, military networks, and trade networks
• communicate with hiring managers and candidates
• track recruiting metrics and search progress.
