The Patient Monitor (PRN) role is onsite in Erie, PA, paying $18 per hour. Gateway Rehabilitation Center is hiring monitors to help maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for patients in its Back on Track program. The monitor observes patient movement and behavior, maintains logs, and supports facility policies and procedures. The role also assists with patient intake and orientation, drug screenings, medication dispensing oversight, room checks, and resident transportation as needed.

What you'll do

• Monitor patient movement and maintain detailed logs
• ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• conduct patient intakes and orientations
• administer drug screenings and oversee medication dispensing
• conduct random room checks
• transport residents as needed
• remain awake and alert and provide mandatory staffing coverage when necessary.
