What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers at the counter
• answer customer calls and support will-call, special orders, and deliveries
• maintain showroom and merchandising areas
• use software to check pricing and availability and suggest alternatives
• process POS transactions and payments
• recommend related products
• resolve customer issues
• assist with loading
• restock and count inventory
• coordinate order fulfillment
• participate in required HAZMAT and refrigerant-handling training
• process warranty claims.
