What you'll do
- Respond to member, provider, and internal communications within 48 hours
- review and correct bills and discrepancies
- process and submit claims
- price and adjust claims under plan guidelines
- follow up on unpaid claims and balances
- resolve billing concerns
- assess socioeconomic eligibility
- verify enrollment
- process 40–60 claims daily
- reconcile accounts
- maintain records
- comply with HIPAA and privacy requirements
- use Salesforce and other databases
- process referrals.
