What you'll do

• Learn European Wax Center services and products
• upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services
• explain Wax Pass benefits
• confirm services and recommend add-ons
• check guests in and out and process payments, refunds, and reservations
• explain pre-booking and app rescheduling
• organize reservations
• perform opening and closing procedures
• maintain a clean, safe, and organized lobby and restrooms.
