SAT/ACT Tutor — Part-Time, In-Person

The SAT/ACT Tutor role is in person with students in their homes in Saint Paul, MN, and pays $40–$50 per hour. StudyPoint provides one-on-one tutoring and test preparation, and has worked with more than 60,000 students since 1999. The tutor uses and adapts StudyPoint’s curriculum to help students improve outcomes across SAT and ACT sections. The role creates a positive learning environment and communicates with students, parents, and company staff; additional academic tutoring may also be available.

What you'll do

• Tutor students in all SAT and ACT sections, including verbal and math
• use and customize the provided curriculum
• engage students and support their learning goals
• communicate with students, parents, and employees
• create a positive and safe learning environment. There may also be opportunities to tutor in math, science, study skills, executive function support, homework help, and other academic areas.
