Senior Community Concierge

Job overview

The Senior Community Concierge role is onsite in Sterling Heights, MI. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. The concierge supports Pine Ridge of Plumbrook, a True Connection Communities senior living community. The role serves as a welcoming point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and prospective residents while assisting with community administration. Reception, hospitality, clerical support, and community information help create an organized and positive experience for residents and visitors.

What you'll do

• Greet visitors and answer and route calls
• screen visitors and notify residents
• receive and process mail and packages
• perform clerical tasks and maintain office supplies
• update emergency phone and resident contact logs
• assist managers
• take RSVPs and oversee transportation sign-ups
• provide community information and tours
• maintain an organized lobby and desk
• pass maintenance requests to managers
• report observed changes in residents’ health to supervisors.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. High school diploma or GED and prior experience working with the public required. Must be able to work flexible hours and participate in holiday activities.
