Assistant Director of Nursing

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, direct, and evaluate the facility’s Nursing Program
• manage the Wound Program
• consult with the interdisciplinary team on restorative care standards
• support admissions, discharge planning, care plans, assessments, and assigned MDS portions
• supervise and evaluate subordinate staff
• work as a floor nurse when needed
• support infection control, safety, and performance improvement.
