What you'll do

• Install distribution lines, duct joints, air-handling units, VAV boxes, fan power boxes, and ductless mini-splits
• interpret blueprints and project requirements
• fabricate HVAC ducts
• select materials to specifications
• fasten and repair sheet metal components
• follow health and safety procedures
• train and mentor helpers or trainees
• report to multiple job sites as assigned.
