What you'll do

  • Provide individual mentoring grounded in lived agricultural experience
  • facilitate workshops on mental health awareness, stress management, and resilience
  • help participants address barriers and improve daily functioning and independence
  • collaborate with participants and support networks on goals
  • encourage peer support and community
  • serve on program committees
  • conduct outreach and build community partnerships through events, presentations, and workshops.
