What you'll do

• Collect, review, and process initial foreclosure file information
• establish files and enter data in case-management and client systems
• identify missing documentation
• monitor intake status and file assignments
• initiate and monitor title orders
• prepare and maintain foreclosure documents and correspondence
• track deadlines and milestones
• escalate file issues and title concerns
• respond to client and internal inquiries
• provide administrative support to the Minnesota attorney.
