Assistant Store Manager

What you'll do

• Serve as acting general manager when the General Manager is absent
• set and adjust shift priorities
• guide the team and complete tasks
• reinforce policies and safety practices
• support staffing and document performance concerns
• maintain retail, fuel, and kitchen operations where applicable
• uphold store and food standards
• handle cash, inventory, merchandising, and gas-price monitoring
• complete reports
• resolve guest concerns.
