What you'll do

  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based RBTs, BTs, teacher assistants, and classroom support staff
  • coach staff through modeling, feedback, and competency-based training
  • schedule and conduct in-person visits across assigned school districts
  • collaborate with school personnel
  • provide group training and BCBA/LBA supervision as needed
  • attend weekly meetings
  • maintain documentation and confidentiality.
