What you'll do

• Implement BCBA-created ABA treatment plans
• teach communication, social, daily-living, and play skills
• use reinforcement and behavior-reduction strategies
• collect client data
• prepare session materials and maintain documentation
• communicate with supervising BCBAs
• participate in meetings, training, and supervision
• provide caregiver feedback under BCBA guidance
• follow BACB ethical guidelines and protect confidentiality.
