What you'll do

• Oversee inpatient clinical operations and staffing schedules
• support day and night teams
• serve as charge nurse or provide direct RN coverage when assigned
• monitor acuity, handoffs, and clinical concerns
• coach and train nursing staff
• collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary partners
• monitor quality measures and participate in QAPI
• coordinate the inpatient respite program
• provide RN-level triage during assigned coverage hours
• reconcile after-hours activity and report triage trends
• promote policy, hospice, infection-control, and safety compliance.

Why this role
