What you'll do

• Analyze and develop long-range command training and exercise plans
• support exercise objectives and Joint Event Life Cycle planning
• evaluate exercises, training effectiveness, and readiness
• resolve training resource and execution issues
• analyze training data and future capability requirements
• develop scenario-based training solutions
• coordinate with staff offices, USSOUTHCOM J7, and partners
• prepare exercise schedules, scenario event lists, planning timelines, briefings, after-action reports, and related documentation
• advise on training, simulation, and modeling resources.
