Essential Duties and Responsibilities. The Instructional Aide works collaboratively with the classroom teacher to coordinate instructional efforts and assist in the preparation of lesson materials, displays, equipment, and demonstrations. Under the direction of the teacher, the aide presents lessons or portions of lessons using discussion, demonstration, or guided practice, and provides individual
