Parts Washer

The Parts Washer role is onsite in Orchard Park, NY, with an hourly pay range of $18.50–$20.00. McGard manufactures precision-engineered automotive security products and components. The schedule is first shift, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime during the week and Saturdays as needed. The Parts Washer operates and maintains washing equipment and coordinates cleaning work with production schedules, helping ensure parts are processed and work areas remain orderly and ready for production.

What you'll do

• Verify lot cards have prior operations signed off
• operate and maintain parts washing equipment at proper speeds and feeds
• move containers using a fork truck
• coordinate washes with production schedules
• maintain the Oakland wash system and supplies
• keep work areas and blanks storage clean and orderly
• complete assigned preventive maintenance and daily checklists.
