What you'll do

• Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris
• complete assigned service requests and repairs safely and promptly
• inspect the property and report hazards or needed repairs
• clean parking areas, garages, walkways, entryways, and hallways
• operate floor scrubbers and leaf blowers as needed
• empty and clean trash areas
• assist with furniture and debris removal, snow removal, pool and fountain upkeep, and vacant-unit cleaning as assigned.
