Shipping Coordinator

What you'll do

• Schedule outgoing domestic and international shipments
• prepare packing lists, bills of lading, export documents, and labels
• arrange carrier pickups, resolve issues, and track shipments
• verify orders and update inventory systems
• support regulatory compliance
• troubleshoot delays, errors, or damaged goods
• coordinate returns or replacements
• monitor shipping costs
• provide shipment updates.
